Radiotimes.com have just launched a new version of their website. Unfortunately, it's broken. For starters, it's slower (not that it was ever all that speedy in the first place...) and, in my opinion, doesn't quite look as good any more. However, there be bugs....

Specifically, the main TV listings grid. It's much the same as it used to be, in that you hover over a programme's name, and a little orange box pops up giving a bit more detail. In the old version, this box hovered in a logical place, not too far from the cursor. In this new version, it hovers quite a distance away. Unless you're using Opera, in which case you just get a tooltip with some HTML in it. It looks like a CSS issue, and the same behaviour can be seen in IE6 and Firefox (which is something of an oddity in itself!). I've not tried IE7 because nobody here at work has it installed - but I bet it works okay in IE7. Bad, bad, people. Come here and get your wrists slapped.

Hmm. On refresh, the organge box is even further away, at one point it appears with just the top edge displaying at the bottom of the screen. Lovely.

That looks just like the garbage that my colleague got when he first tried Opera. So the entire site is munted then. Nice job, whoever did it - I hope you've banked the cheque and buggered off to the Caribbean!

I also got very similar with Fx2, so yeah, methinks borked site.
