So, I stayed out a bit later than I expected to. It's all Ralph's fault. And Neale's fault. And Simon's, and Dave's and Emma's, indeed the fault of anyone who was out this evening, apart from myself, of course, for I shall remain blameless for saying 'yes' to more Stella even after asking for a Diet Coke. Yeah, not my fault at all.

I like to think that it's the fact that I'm on top of such things now which will help me keep my sanity later.
