...then it's back to work, A-G-...A-I-N.

So of course, the Northern Line welcomed me with no Bank trains on the High Barnet branch, and a ten-minute wait for the next train at Euston (after watching one pull out of the platform just as I got to it). Add to that idiot drivers and cyclists at pedestrian crossings, dropped coins, people who can't be bothered to tell me that they've released some of my work in my absence, and a totally mind-numbing morning, and I'm well and truly back.

It's interesting that, as hard as you are willing a Bank train to appear while waiting at your station in the morning, I am probably dedicating at least as much psychic energy to summoning a Charing Cross train. Clearly this morning my arcane will was more inexorable than yours!
