last annoyance: Fuckmuppet (thanks, philipstorry) electricity company guy who knocked on my door yesterday evening. No, hang on, I actually had a work-related rant earlier today.
last disappointment: Sunday, but the details will not be forthcoming.
last soda drank: Diet vanilla coke.
last thing written: An LJ comment.
last key used: The key to my flat.
last word spoken: Something trivial that I've now forgotten. "Yes", probably.
last sleep: Until 6.30am this morning.

last weird encounter: That would certainly be the Step Aerobics class I went to yesterday.
last ice cream eaten: Haagen Dasz - one scoop of Strawberry Cheesecake, one of Banofee.

last chair sat in: One similar to my work one, but in another office.

I don't know where I picked that word up. But it's not my own invention, I'm sure.

I suspect Colin may be able to enlighten us on this subject. I'm sure I've heard him use in speech. Perhaps I'm just the first person you've seen to use it in writing. ;-)

It used to be mono. But then I couldn't use that. I suspect IM might get noticed, and that would not be a Good Thing (tm). I suspect IM would work, though, as it probably uses HTTP to post messages. I'm not going to try (I don't even know how to).

1. Nobody in my office will be using IM. None of them are spods (apart from me).
2. I wouldn't know what to look for, now, would I?

(this is rapidly descending into the theoretical..)

1. You don't need to be a spod to IM. My sisters both use it and they're completely non-spoddy.

2. You look for a little IM icon: AOL orange man, ICQ green flower, MSN 2-figure thingy (see messenger.msn.com, I can't describe it well).
