I can't say I was ever particularly familiar with The Almighty's material (they were one of a cluster of early-90's bands all clamouring for my attention, and I couldn't really favour all of them, being a poor student at the time). The gig tonight made me think that maybe I should've paid them more attention at the time. Did I mention that I currently have hearing difficulties? Could've done without the loud-mouthed assholes who invaded the night bus at Muswell Hill, too, but at least they went away again.
