Films seen since last post: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (7/10, would've got an 8 if it weren't for the over-schmaltzy ending), Batman Begins (solid 7, it looks good and works well but in places it tries to be a little too introspective).
Software installed on PC: CheckPoint VPN-1 SecuRemote and Citrix Metaframe client, to supposedly allow me to work from home. It doesn't work.
Bridge played: 7x7-board Swiss Teams (won 1/7, very disappointing), 12x7-board Swiss Pairs (won 6/12, though lost both the head-to-head and in the overall ranking to my dad... despite winning more matches than he did!)
Amusing photographs of cat taken: One.
Pints of lager drunk: Many.
Flights booked: 1, return (LHR-ABZ).
Hotels booked: 2 (one in Norwich, one in Aberdeen).
Number of Werther's Originals eaten: Lots.
