I got a call on my mobile just now. It was Alexis, calling me from the landline in the bedroom - whilst I was in the living room, ironing!
Got a support call from work at 9pm. By 11.30pm, it was clear that whilst I had worked out what the problem was, I didn't actually have a clue why it was being a problem. No help from the manager or the other techy person involved, both being either clueless or unable to shed any more light on the situation that wasn't red and herring-shaped.
So I get to go in early tomorrow, and hope that either (a) the overnight scripts have somehow managed to make everything work again, or (b), far more likely, raise a support call with Progress to try and work out just what the hell is going on.
