My LJ in XML!!!!!!
The possibilities are somewhat endless. Now all I need is a copy of VB (my development tool of choice - simply because I know it), MSXML4.0 (why settle for anything less? - and it's free), and some inspiration.
The possibilities are somewhat endless. Now all I need is a copy of VB (my development tool of choice - simply because I know it), MSXML4.0 (why settle for anything less? - and it's free), and some inspiration.
More specifically, purple electric violins with 5 (yes, 5) strings, and a full suite of sustain, effects, and recording pedals. Basically, the way it works, is the guy has a custom-built violin, and set of kit. He plays a bit of the track, which gets recorded, and played back in a loop as backing. Then he layers more tracks on top of it. The overall effect is quite stunning.
