My stress levels are on the up. It's just as well I'm starting a diet.
I've just come out of the MEETING FROM HELL. Plenty of arguments, misunderstandings, and all that sort of stuff that makes you want to bang your head against a wall. I really should've gone out for a walk instead of staying in the office for lunch. It's turning into a bit of a habit, actually, not going out at lunchtime.
On the positive side, my MP5 Plan dictates that I go out and get some exercise, so I'm off down the swimming baths after work. That should work wonders on the stress levels.
