I'd have quite a lot to say, if I could work out just what it was, then how to say it. I want to say. I feel strange. Very odd.
I have a day off tomorrow, mainly to go to Whisky Live. This is an interesting event. As you may gather, it has a lot to do with whisky; in particular, single malts. What is more intriguing, though, is the fact that, due to licensing regulations, they're not allowed to sell whisky. So they give it away. Free, gratis, by-your-leave, grab a glass and fill it up, Sir, there you go. They're not even allowed to take orders for bottles, so there's no pressure from salesmen to purchase the dram that you're sampling. Sure, it's not cheap - £40 for two days - but believe me, the amount of quality single malts you can get in a pub for £40 is nowhere near what you can get through at Whisky Live.
I've also received my Weight Watchers (tm) MP5(r) pack, which supposedly will help spur me on to lose weight. I paid £57 (incl. p&p) for it. This is probably all the motiviation I need: it'd be a waste of money, otherwise.
I also now own Angel Season 3 on DVD. I'll get round to watching the bits I've not seen (the last half-dozen episodes, due to the collapse of ITV Digital) when I can be bothered. Right now, it's added to the clutter on my sofa. I have clutter everywhere, and very little shelving. I keep meaning to do something about it, but just can't be bothered. That's my life, really: just can't be bothered.
