Today, I discovered that the driver's side wing mirror on my car had been all but removed, and was hanging on by the wiring. It's just as well I'm due to book it in for its MOT and service soon, isn't it? Meanwhile, driving with no wing mirror is a little disconcerting, particularly overtaking.
I'm not even sure what the insurance stance on this would be. I guess I see how much it's going to cost to replace, but they'll have to replace the wiring as well (I had to sever the wires to detach the mirror from the door). Why why why why why....?
