Aside from the little tasters (ratatouille crostini, pesto pasta, strawberry panna cotta and sorbet, mango jelly and white chocolate ganache), the free coffee muffin, the rather excellent Pennsylvania Pilsner, and a shot of Springbank 10, dinner consisted of:

Maine Crabmeat Fondue in a pea puree - a very piquant, sweet puree, with excellent, light, tasty crab.

Rabbit with Sausage, Mushrooms, Shalots and Potato Puree - succulent rabbit meat, cooked to near perfection, in a beautiful, rich jus.

Warm Pineapple Upside-Down Cake with Basil Syrup and Coconut Ice-cream. Gorgeous, warm yet tropical (ideal on a hot, sultry day like today has been). Though Alexis's uber-chocolate dessert was very very nice too :-)

All in all, probably the best meal I've ever had and well worth the $ I paid for it :-)
