Peace and Quiet

I always maintain that when I visit my folks, the one thing that strikes me is just how quiet it is. Now, it appears, a survey has shown that I'm right - Torbay is the quietest part of the country!

Bbbbut. It says Torquay is quieter than Paignton. By a whole 5 decibels.

Did they actually measure Torquay? I've lived in both, Paignton is so dull it has to be quiet. But yeah, 1st and 2nd place, fairly conclusive; Torbay is the dullest place in Britain.
