Firebug
There's a new version of Firebug... and it's quite a step up from the previous one. It's probably the best reason for any sane web developer to switch to permanently using Firefox.
[Edit] Er... just don't try debugging a 40Mb+ page (viewing a log file), it kind of gets stuck.
